Was my First time using this salon today. I'd been going to same salon for over 17 years but moved over to this area 18 months ago and was still driving an hour to go ro my old salon the last time I went I asked for highlights to go blonder....they seemed very gingery....OK but not really what I was hoping for. Decided to try and find somewhere closer and after reading reviews I decided to try salon 7 which is practically on my doorstep. And all I can say is.....I am so glad I did.Had a lovely lady called stacey who said it might take a couple of goes to get it to the picture I had shown her. With only half a head of highlights and a toner... she achieved what I wanted. I couldn't believe how fabulous my hair turned out. To say I am over the moon is an understatement. Will I be going back???? You bet I am!Not only are they good at what they do ....but such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Writing on behalf of my mother who has used them a few times: She was informed that some gossip was being spread about our family at the saloon and passed this information along and this created some drama and when they got an earful about this they then in-turn decided to punish my mother by giving her one of the worst haircutting experiences of her life as they waiting until my mum was already in the process rather than just banning her from the get go. Don't ever cross them or miss an appointment even because they may just wish to get their own back on you while you're in there.Service: Hairstyling

Had to get a quick haircut in between travel at Stansted airport. Only 8 mins away by taxi or car. I highly recommend, such a great haircut for a very reasonable price. But what made it a cut above the rest was how genuinely lovely the staff were! Very welcoming, polite and interesting to chat with.

I was new to the area and made an appointment to check them out. I was immediately given a warm welcome and felt that I was in professional hands. Now the whole family go and we feel like part of the family. The prices are very reasonable, especially for colouring and treatments. I never feel like they give the hard sell like in some salons as they have only made product recommendations if I've asked about something. My recommendation would be to treat yourself to one of their treatments, they make your hair feel so hydrated and gives it an amazing shine.
