A fantastic customer service and experience , came to the end of the filter coffee instead of saying it was off the menu made a fresh batch which tasted excellent Thank you would highly recommend

I am absolutely appalled by the food and service at this ?restaurant?. The manager (larger lady) was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and my partner (both paying customers) in one incident pulling the table away from us snapping our charger which she held no responsibility for. Whilst I was drinking my coffee (bought from the shop) she came over and aggressively shook my partner due to simply resting her head on the table (as our flight had been delayed). When arriving at standsted airport I would strongly recommend staying well away from this cafe, as it will only put a sad start to your holiday, due to the miserable aggressive elderly lady (the manager). To add to this the bacon croissant was extremely dry and crumbly but the chocolate muffin was okay

Coffee is a bit burnt and bitter. Somewhere between a Starbucks and a cafe Nero. Pastel de NATA was warm (great) decent custard but pastry was a bit sweet and raw tasting. Had worse. And given this is an airport it's probably the best you are going to get here

Good coffee shouldn't have to be had out of a paper cup. Service here is great, but since moving they're trying the no real cups / mugs model and the experience is made all the poorer for it. Hope they fix this as they're the only coffee game in town at Stanstead.

Flat white at Stansted Airport.
Well balanced.
Taste and aftertaste is good.
Smell is not the best one but OK.
On a scale 1 to 10 I'd give it 7.5 points.

First time I have had a coffee here and the last ! Nearly a fiver for a large cappuccino and over 50% froth. Easy money for them, i guess. I'm just passing trade..

I always get my coffee from Harris & Hoole when I?m at Stansted Airport and have never had any issues?until now. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this branch today. It seems the shop has relocated, and none of the regular staff are around anymore.
The barista on duty (a blonde girl) appeared to lack basic health and safety training. I watched her use the steamer cleaning cloth to wipe down the counter, then continue using the same cloth without rinsing or replacing it. This is a serious hygiene concern and not what I expect from a brand I usually trust.

the staff was super rude, i went really excited to try their matcha and the lady working there (black hair tall) told me that they were out but would have some again in 10-20min so i left went to buy food somewhere else, walked around when i returned i saw THE matcha so i got in line waited for the staff to stop talking amongst themselves and asked if they now had matcha. She replied in a very rude tone ?you know other places have matcha as well, why don?t u go to joe and juice? and so i left. (i am talking about the harris + hoole in the pic)
