Awful. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Paid for runway view but window was smeared with face and hand prints. Restaurant was shut and told to use bar instead but full. Tried to order room service but no answer after many, many attempts. Wish I'd stayed at a Premier inn instead.

They do not offer any tea in rooms. Kettle, tea, sugar etc.Stayed here for one night on 10 March 2024, so my review is almost same that was during last stay.Below is my review During my last stay in Jan/FebWith in close proximity of London Stansted Airport. There is a walkable path from terminal to this hotel, so very suitable if you are carrying medium sized luggage to catch a flight.3 to 4 storey building hotel, there is always some kind of activity going on around the premises.Room was great, and had above average cleanliness.There is bar and restaurant at the lower floor. Reception is always manned 24/7.Price was reasonable.Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Airport Related TrafficWalkability: 5 Min walk to Terminal.

Nice hotel and well located I had a little trouble checking in that was frustrating but was resolved and I was kindly given a drink at the bar as a courtesy. Room was large and comfortable spoiled a little by some of caulking around the bath. Food in the restaurant was very good and service by Joseph was also great . Overall a nice stay

A size of the room was impressive (comparing to other rooms I ever been in London). And breakfast was great with so many different options for all tastes.

I was here for a business meeting & the meeting room was big & spacious. It?s was a little rough in shape but that can be overlooked. Parking onsite was quite expensive for a few hours. But overall it?s a decent place to come for a corporate meeting/

I've been here for a business meeting. It's 500 meters away from the arrivals of the Stansted airport. Service it's very nice, Manuel is a super assistant, always ready and with a smile that helps.I recommend this place for business meeting or strategic stop to continue the trip elsewhere.

Great hotel for 1 night stay at Stanstesd Airport and so close to departures. only 3mins walk 98% under cover.Rooms: Very good quality room for the price. Very comfortable.

Though the foyer & entrance were nice, my room was tired & old looking. The breakfast was really good & worth the extra money. It is only a 5 minutes walk from the arrivals lounge, too.
