This airport Pret A Manger location changed my perception of the brand. The Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette is something of the divine, made so by the fresh baguette, roasted tomatoes and sweet purée.

it was my first time trying an almond croissant and it was one of the best croissants i have ever had. i love the almond paste on the inside. the pumpkin spice latte was underwhelming. i don?t give 5 stars only because it was a fight to find place to sit and the food was a bit overpriced (as per usual in airports).

Recently visited this store with my children before our flight, however the behaviour and attitude from staff is appalling. Even my daughter who is 8 years old, was right beside me noticed how rude the staff were towards us, with the eye rolling and mumbling. Ordered flat white which was bland and zero taste of coffee along with 3 baby-chinos. I then kindly asked for regular sized baby-chinos to be made in coffee cups with straws, to avoid any hot milk spilling on them. They ignored and refused the request I have made. No support from the store manager to resolve the issue, as she only mentioned that it is against Pret A Manger policy. I was a Pret subscription member and nor have I heard this before or had a problem asking the barista for my request.

Tables and floor are dirty and covered with empty cups and wrappers. £4.10 for a relatively small cup of Flat White is just too expensive.

The best Pret inside this airport for cleanliness and customer service. A gentleman is cleaning regularly the tables, someone I have never seen in the others, and Yovka made our morning. A lovely and sweet lady who engages in a friendly conversation a d let you feel home.

I?m writing this review to just mention the nicest person in Pret. His name is Lucas, and he was such a gentleman when he served me the other day. He was attentive, helpful and customer friendly :-)

I recently visited a Pret A Manger location at an Stansted international airport and was left thoroughly disappointed by the service. My order consisted of tea, coffee, and a salad. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff member was far from pleasant. Upon requesting to swap the classic English tea for a tropical variant, the employee responded rudely, lecturing me on how in England, tea is traditionally consumed with milk and is black. This unsolicited advice was not only unnecessary but also unhelpful, as I was not informed about the available tea options nor given time to peruse them myself. Being in an international airport, I found it peculiar and quite inappropriate for the staff to impose such traditions and to communicate with customers in such an uncouth manner.

Awful hot drinks. They have changed their machines to instant machines - no grinding of coffee beans in sight (and they are still charging significantly more than a high street store!)
