Organised an event here over the weekend and it was fantastic!! Meeting room was perfect, food was great and the service from all the team was brilliant. Special thanks to Sam for supporting me with the booking, Jonathan and Zara for keeping us supplied with food and drinks and organising the meeting room and a huge thank you to Sanjay for always being amazing at looking after everyone. See you again in September!

Great hotel for London Stansted airport, shuttle bus leaves every 30 mins and takes 10-15 mins to get to airport. Rooms are very quiet and beds comfortable. Bathrooms nice and complete with dressing gowns and Rituals bath products. There was a slight slope from our room into our bathroom which was a small trip hazard but otherwise perfect for our needs. Overnight rate was very fair for the location. Reception staff and shuttle bus drivers all very friendly. Breakfast available from 4am but we didn't find it that good for the price - I wouldn't bother with it, plenty of options in the airport instead.

very good overnight stay in comfortable room and nice bar and menu friendly staff and big carpark.Rooms: Nice room with good bathroom TV and plenty of sockets. small table for work and comfy bedFood & drinks: Nice bar with varied menu. I enjoyed the cook breakfast which was hot and plentiful.

Good stay, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, good location for Stanstead Airport.Short bus ride away which cost £4, I found reasonable.Only criticism, when checking in, hit me with a fee for overnight parking.

A pleasant and well-organized hotel. Regular buses to and from the airport are an undoubted advantage of this hotel. It is a bit further from the airport than other facilities, but thanks to the bus connection it does not bother you. Efficient service. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts are tasty. The hotel meets the standard of other Novotel hotels - which I consider a plus. I used the typical airport hotel option, but I saw that you can even organize a wedding. So the potential is even greater

Everything was just right here. Nicely designed, tidy rooms in which nothing was missing. When you arrived late you could even get something to eat here, which was really practical given the somewhat long and late arrival. The breakfast was also great. From a traditional English breakfast to croissant fruit muesli, there was nothing missing that makes a good breakfast in terms of quantity and scope. The location is ideal for a flight that lands in Stansted but it's not a long way to the city center of London but that's manageable

For me this is a great hotel.to use when going away for business or on holiday, great pricing, easy access, good room.and parking packages also, the bat prices are reasonable and the food is good both price wise and quality and the portions are very generous, excellent staff also, better than most where I have stayed in peasant years.

Location is ideal, greeting at reception was excelllent as was service during our meal. We had travelled a long distance and needed a good night's sleep. We stayed in room 318 on 08/03/24. I had requested a quiet room during the booking process. After going to bed we discovered that a ventilation system, seemingly located in the ceiling above the corridor outside our room, was making a loud and disturbing noise, we thought we would try to sleep through it rather than ask to change rooms. The result was we did not sleep all night, not a great advert for a hotel. Worse news is that we are boked in again on Sunday 17 March as part of our return journey. When my wife and I were working we used to stay in Novotels all around the UK a few nights a week, hence making this hotel our choice for a return visit to the UK. I hope our next room on Sunday is a quieter. The room heater dd not work either, made noises but no heat.Rooms: the one we ere in 318 was very noisy, unable to sleep. We had requested a quiet room

All good and clean - we were not hanging around in the morning with an early flight but the hotel did what it said on the tin as the old advert says.
