Be weary the car park signage is not clear, there is a big arrow on the floor saying McDonald's but that is only for drive through, if you follow the arrow it leads you to Starbucks car park. If you end up parking there you will end up paying £60 or even £100 ! So I would just not use these services again. There are services right after next roundabout use them instead. You'll get a bet choices

For the last 5 drive through trips I have had at McDonald?s in Stansted every single one has had something wrong with it from things missing to the burgers and wraps all being incorrect even after stating many times as I knew they normally get most orders wrong. Either they cannot hear or they cannot be bothered to place correct requests. When you get home and give it to the children it is particularly annoying as they will refuse to eat or be missing half of there dinner and I shouldn?t have to check that people are correct efficiently doing their jobs. I get once but 5 times in the past few months is ridiculous.

Avoid this place. This will be the most expensive macdonalds you will have. There is this one big car park connectting macd and Starbucks. I went to macd for a meal and got a ticket for £100. Just spoken to macd and they said I parked in the wrong car park. There are misleading signs up here. Avoid at all cost.

Why am being I fined 100 pounds for parking at a McDonald that I ate at and left in 29 minutes? Why is it acceptable to leach off your customers?

It was dirty. Trash was everywhere. There was only 2 clean tables. It took a while to stuff come and clean. I really think they need more employees. It did look like they have to much orders, so they don't have time to clean.

worst service, worst people. my dad ordered for me a breakfast wrap with no egg (preference) and no ketchup (health related). my dad brought it all the way home to bishops stortford and the sticker on the front said no egg, no ketchup so assuming it?s safe i take a bite and there is ketchup smothered over the whole wrap. immediately i realise and spit it out and wash my mouth out but i started swelling and itching in and around my mouth. luckily nothing serious happened but my dad drove the whole way back to stansted to ask them to change it and they refused. the manager then went back into the kitchen and started taking the mickey out of my 60 year old dad so my dad goes behind the counter and tells them that he can hear them and if they?re going to slag him off to do it quietly. my dad was telling them i had a reaction and they were laughing at him and being sarcastic, my dad was getting angry as one would when they?re being humiliated infront of other people and everyone was just shouting, they have now banned my dad for getting upset over trying to help his daughter.
