After a long day being in the airport longer than I needed to. Some fresh and good tasting sushi and great customer service was definitely a pick me up. Riley served me and was lovely and got me talking about my bag charms that woke me right up. Definitely recommend. I think it?s fairly affordable as well for sushi

Absolutely outstanding customer service for Filipa
I stopped at Itsu in Stansted Airport and was blown away by how friendly, attentive, and welcoming the staff were. Even during the busy airport rush, they greeted me with a genuine smile, helped me choose the best options for my taste, and made sure everything was fresh and perfect.
It?s rare to find this level of service in an airport setting ? the manager and all the staff they truly went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. The food was delicious as always, but they made the experience unforgettable.???

Itsu in itself has really good food and service however I was served by Riley and he is really kind and it was a wonderful experience. He should definitely get a promotion or a pay increase. He is Definitely deserving for one. ;)
