“The hotel is in a great location to the terminal and the service we received was second to none. When we first checked in the room had no internet connection (WiFi) due to a power cut out at the airport the previous day and no data coverage due to the location of this particular room. The Tv would not work and there was no mini fridge even though this was stated in our booking. We went back to the reception to inform them and explain it was not possible for us to be in a room without ANY internet connection due to work purposes and we were approached by the manager present that day who was extremely professional and helpful and without hesitation had us moved to a new room that provided everything we needed and was given complementary drinks. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and cheerful, she was keen to help and we were extremely happy with our overall experience. The only downfall for us this particular stay was we felt the coffee we brought in the restaurant was not of a good standard at all, it taste like dirty water. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard and very tasty and very well cooked. We both enjoyed our fish and chip option.”
