Nice modern hotel with everything a traveler could want. We were on a delayed flight and couldn't make it into London central (missed the last train). Booked in here and had great service. Thanks ?

Everything was. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in the room I stayed in, and the coffee was not great.In the rest, everything was very good, and the breakfast varied.It is definitely worth crossing its threshold because my small complaints may be overlooked or solved by the employees following this review.

Staff and hotel are good. ?Corporate policy ? to charge guests for a shuttle is disappointing and frankly, absurd.Welcome from the staff was good, they handled my unhappiness about the shuttle charge in a warm, friendly and professional manner.Hotel itself is clean, well appointed and fine for an airport stopover.Disappointed to be charged for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel! This isn't really how hospitality should work, it sets the warm welcome off to a frigid start. Charging for a shuttle service in the absence of an apparent safe active travel /walk route is absurd in the business of hospitality! There's no safe walking route as an alternative and there's no reference to this charge on the reservation confirmation, nor is it to be found on the "ground transportation" link. It's petty to have this kind of welcome from a once leading hospitality group.Location would get a perfect rating if not for the poor corporate decision in this regard.Noteworthy details: Chargeable shuttle service between the hotel and the terminal is both disappointing and absurd.

I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL AND LEFT MY VERY PEARL AND DIAMOND NECKLACE IN THE BATHROOM AFTER TAKING MY SHOWER, FORGOT TO PICK IT AND ASKED THE RECEPTION 15MINS AFTER I LEFT THE HOTEL AT 5.30 AM TO PLEASE GET IT FOR ME. BUT I HAVE BEEN IGNORED AND WILL TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS AGAINST THIS HOTEL.My first email of 4 that had no responseDear Sir /Madam,My name is Madam Chinedu Rosa and I was a guest at your hotel yesterday night the 28th of February till the 29th morning in room 405, while taking my shower the night before, I removed my necklace which had a pearl and diamond pendant and left it on the entrance floor of the shower stall.I left this morning at 5.30 am with the bus and only remembered that I left it behind after passing through the check at the airport so I could not return to retrieve it, this was at 6 am and I immediately called the front desk from the airport and asked the receptionist to kindly go upstairs and retrieve it. She said she would call me back and send an email so I could give instructions on how the necklace could be returned to me. But it is nearly 4.30 here in France and I have not seen any email response from her or the hotel.My sister has also called to check and finally got someone to give her the direct email address.RESPONSE FROM YOUR HOTELGood evening,I do apologise for the delay of response.I have spoken with the receptionist that you have spoken with. Unfortunately, Housekeeping has not handed anything to us. I am assuming it is still in their department.I recommend you contact us between 9am-5pm where you can transfer you to the right department.In case we do have possession of your lost item. Please provide the address and we can ship this to you. It is exactly what you would expect. The beds/pillows can be hit or miss but generally it's ok value and does what it needs.Breakfast has lots of typical options - fried bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, beans. There's a small selection of pastries, fruit, and cereals. The coffee machine is ok.Shuttle bus to the airport runs every 30 minutes at a cost of £4 per person each way.

I received a very lovely welcome to the hotel. The staff were very professional. The room was clean and had all the little extras to enhance your stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I booked a room for one night, so I could catch the plane the next morning.The room is quite spacious, clean and bright. A kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee, tea, television and air conditioning are included in the room. The bathroom is also large, including a shower and a toilet. Hot water comes quickly. The bed is very comfortable, I would have liked to fly a little later to enjoy it more. I was not able to have the breakfast included in the reservation because I was taking the plane the next morning at 5:00 a.m.In short I recommend this hotelRooms: Large, bright, air-conditioned, comfortable.Food & drinks: Restaurant not great value for money

I stayed the night to catch a 6am flight. Had to catch the 4am shuttle. This hotel knows it's business and it was easy in and fast out. I will stay again if I have an early flight. The cost was also quite low considering the convenience.

Well located not too far from the airport, as well as well served by shuttles every 30 minutes. However, a driver of these shuttles refused us under the pretext that we had food (which was enclosed in freezer bags so no smell).The rooms did the job very well, a bed despite a few stains here and there, negative point for the Persil shower gel (?).

Some rooms starting to look dated, paint work carpet etc. Comfortable night sleep and a good choice at breakfast. Ideal for access to airport and on site parking.
