I was there many times and all of times was perfect I go there with my family evey time I am in England. Food is very tasty love it ?. Service is from 10-35 min but it?s worth it. Atmosphere is little place but very cosy. So in overall love this place highly recommend.

First of all the service is amazing they asked very politely and even had a chat with us. Food is was amazing they ask you how much spice you want from spicy being the hottest and sweet for no spice. When we first came in it looked very welcoming and even had out cutlerys and the plates.

I don't leave bad reviews, I am always as fair as I can be and give businesses every opportunity to make things right, but Bombay Butler wasn't interested once they had my money.
My Bombay Byriani arrived with no lamb inside and 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was also cold.
I rang them and explained calmly that I didn't receive what I ordered. They said, no worries, come in and we'll sort it out. I explained I was at the airport with no means to get to them. They said, well there is nothing we can do and hung up.
Here's a little tip. You could have delivered me a lamb skewer. I was 2 miles away. It would have cost your business £10 to put right. You already had £17 of my money. If you want a successful business, it is moments like that which make the difference. Karma is real.
You might also want to improve the quality of your mango chutney, it looked the colour of something that came out of Chernobyl.
However, I doubt you will do that because the boss is obviously more interested in short term bean-counting than long term profitability.
Good luck Bombay Butler, with that guy at the helm you are gonna need it

Me and my partner ordered from here tonight via deliveroo the bhuna was dead, tasted like absolutely nothing.
Chewy meat.
The cheese fell out of the naan bread as soon as I picked it up..
Won't be coming back.

I was on a flight layover in the UK and I was craving Curry. So we booked and at first everything was great until the prawn puri arrived it was tasteless, as was the Lamb Madras, Sag Aloo, and Onion Bhaji. Very bland. My wife had the Tikka Lamb Chops and they where amazing. The place is very clean and the staff very attentive. Such a shame I couldn't get my spice fix would go back for that reason.

This is my second review of this restaurant, I like the service and the cleanliness, style of the restaurant but The update is the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller and smaller for the price they charge mainly the curries they put an unreasonable size of meat and they seem surprised when we phone up to complain.

Fantastic authentic curries. Freshly made requested shami kebab which wasn?t on the menu. Fluffy nan bread. Lovely helpful staff Great value. . Our first port of call when we are in the area. 10/10

I ordered a lamb vindaloo and a lamb rogon Josh. In both dishes the lamb was tough and chewy. The restaurant did offer chicken replacements which my wife accepted but it was rather too late. We were both very disappointed and it spoiled our evening. We also had the feeling that they were keen to give us the bill as soon as possible to give them a spare table on a busy evening
