Worst shop I have been to in a long time, prices are worse than harrods and the staff are so rude. Did not feel welcome and won't be going again.

Ive been using londis since i was a little pup and ive always had pride and joy shopping here. Every time i turn the corner and see the glorious shop in front of me i feel like crying of joy. The kind caring staff helped me when i fell flat on my face and even payed for my food. Thank you

Very rude, if you end up having the son serve you. Told me i am fat and lazy, as it is a fat lazy society now, all this online shopping! Because i was using the evri return system and had clearly decided to shop online, told not to put things on the side, told the service is only for customers! Extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable to the point i even bought toilet roll. I have not returned. I did put this review previously so i am not sure why it was removed. Such a shame as a convenience shop should be a much more pleasant experience, and should not be called fat for using a online shopping and return service.

Don't let you make card payments unless you spend over £5.... totally against the rules. If you accept visa debit, or Mastercard debit, then you are not allowed to require minimum spend. It gos against visa and matsercard rules.It's 2022, and yet the shop is a acting like its 1990 still.Won't be going here again.

Every time I go in the shop I've had an issue. Cant put parcels on the side. Has to be on the floor so have to bend over with a very bad back. Can't put a bike outside and now I turn up at 11.55 today for the owner to say his already switched the hermes stuff off when he closes at 13.00. Will not be going back to this shop anymore.
