I've ordered a pizza through UberEats for delivery and it showed I'll get it between 6:35pm-6:55pm. After not getting anything in this interval of time I called them and they telling me that they didn't received the order. I came to the restaurant, I showed them the invoice and they said it's not in their system (after 2 hours after I placed the order). The man here was absolutely rude with me, telling me that they don't deliver to my area (I've already ordered before). After another 30 minutes trying to solve the problem with UberEats, he called me telling me that he found the order on the UberEats app but he didn't checked it before because he was busy with other orders. So I spent 2.5hrs waiting for pizza, being treated rude, nothing to cover my waiting time and his fault.

We ordered 3 pizzas and all had lots of toppings on, cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. When we came to collect, our order was ready on time and the staff were friendly and attentive. The BBQ sauce was extra tasty!

Domino's Pizza in Corringham has long been a staple for those seeking a quick and satisfying meal, and my recent visit did not disappoint. The pizza was, as expected, delicious, with a perfect balance of crispy crust, tangy sauce, and ample toppings. What stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by a new staff member named Josh.
Josh's enthusiasm and friendliness were immediately apparent. He greeted every customer with a warm smile and was exceptionally attentive to their needs. His efficiency and dedication to ensuring that orders were prepared promptly and correctly were commendable. Despite being new, Josh demonstrated a thorough understanding of the menu and was quick to offer helpful recommendations.
It's refreshing to see such commitment to customer service in a fast-food setting. Josh's presence has undoubtedly enhanced the overall experience at Domino's in Corringham. If you're in the area and craving some pizza, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the stellar service for yourself.
Parking: I didn't find where the parking was, but I'm sure there's plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: There was an bearded man outside of the restaurant that claimed he worked at Domino's, he looked a little scary. However, he did offer my 5 year old child some candy and to sleep over at his place in case he ever needed somewhere to sleep and shelter for the night.

Very sorry to say, as Dominoes has been a favourite for years, but it?s gone badly downhill.I used to enjoy the deep pan, pizzas with lots of toppings. Well something has gone badly wrong. The pizzas are now thin, even if you ask for deep pan, and the toppings are so slight, you can barely taste them.. you?re overcome with a doughy texture on the base.What a shame, that?s it for me. Won?t be back.Maybe it?s just this one, and maybe it?s changed hands recently or something, but it?s terrible.

I didn't feel like my pizza was dealt with with great care, this one person with a big beard glasses and was almost bald was treating the employees horribly and for that the service provided by the reception wasn't great, they always looked stressed and upset.
