What a joke of a business made and paid for flu jab on line 23rd but got called Saturday morning 10 am telling me that pharmacy on can?t do flu jab WHY did you allow me to book and take my money ?.they said I could me done on the 4 th nov
Id booked time of work to get done this company used to be good years ago now there privacy and useless not the 1 st time I?ve come across incompetence
Was asked to call customer service to resolve long story short USELESS company .. haven?t got a clue how to treat customers

Absolute joke of a chemist, glad I changed to a decent better oneOne rude assistant had the nerve to laugh and say "oh well" when I needed my prescription medication when I wasn't well back in 2020Constantly messing up prescriptions or not bothering to fill them properly. Constantly "we haven't got this at the moment".....Lack of customer serviceThe list is endless!

What an absolute joke of a business states they open till 5pm on google but I arrived at 12.56 to be asked would I be quick as they are about to close. I could of easy being in and out in time before they had lunch, but I thought no i going to take money money elsewhere. Boots you may as well just close your business entirely

Got told to come back at 2pm because they were having lunch at 1pm, I arrived 12:55, thats not 1pm is it!!

If you want to use this chemiest just make sure it don't clash with thier so called lunch break, its supposed to 1-2pm but they stop you from going in at 12:53pm, so they are having extended lunch breaks rather than people needing medical attention
