No food to serve on a Saturday afternoon! The staff have a level of apathy towards the customers that's astonishing! They have a dog that walks around the pub yet it's not dog friendly! Very clicky. Hated it

My family was arriving by 2 taxis from our holiday to have lunch and refreshments before heading for the southminster station. Half our group arrived at 130pm only to be turned away saying you were not opening until 3pm. When we arrived in the 2nd taxi trip to meet them at the station at 2pm you were open. Shame on you. Your loss on selling 10 meals and drinks.
