A warm and caring community within a lovely place. Friendly helpful vicar and his wife. A place that the children of Southminster can learn Christian values from an early age.

Warm and welcoming church. The grounds are extremely well kept. Easy to find with lots of bright and colourful flowers.Regular services are advertised on the noticeboard outside and it serves as a central landmark for the beautiful village

C13th but not the prettiest externally though has some very nice carvings to the pulpit and the grand organ. A former vicar Rev. Alexander Scott was chaplain on 'Victory' at the Battle of Trafalgar when and was with him when Lord Nelson died and as such there are relics in the church.
