We stayed at a local house (Bellropes Countryside Retreat) for a hen party and used Mellows to cater for two dinners & lunch for 27 people and they were absolutely fantastic. Communication with Matthew the manager was excellent throughout, he even let us borrow his tiered china plates to arrange our assorted sandwiches like an afternoon tea! The food we had across the weekend was delicious (pizza, sandwiches, pasta dishes) & not only did they deliver the meals on time, it was a service with a smile - the ladies were so lovely! All of the little details that were taken into consideration like using sturdy package for the food made everything seamless for us. I would 100% recommend them for catering if you planning an event in the area

We were looking for somewhere to eat Sunday evening, many places were closed, Mellows looked open so we called in. Really friendly staff welcomed us.
One of the best pizzas I've ever had!
Delicious food with a glass of wine in a relaxed environment and really reasonable.
Small parking lot out the front.
We will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing, the food is top quality, portions are big, staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend place to visit.

If u want the best pizza go here. However, tbe service is abysmal. Tonight we sat there for half hour and no one ever came to our table. They seemed more concerned with the take away service. Absolutely terrible service. We waited so long in the end we walked out.

Our team from southminster surgery went to mellows to celebrate 2 of our ladies birthdays, there were 19 of us, the food all came out at the same time, hot, tasty and delicious. The team at mellows were very nice, accommodating and out some music on for us. The prices are very reasonable and huge portions, we are already organising another get together very soon. Very relaxed atmosphere with very comfortable seats and high tables and stools. A lovely palace of u have children, def recommend x

Dietary restrictions: Plenty or gluten free options.
Parking: Park outside or in the pub opposite, or in the street.
Kid-friendliness: Def child friendly with children?s menu, very relaxed x
Wheelchair accessibility: The bar and restaurant area are all in the same level so no problem with stairs.

Something for everyone menu. Great portions, satisfying mains. The dessert was amazeballs, ordered as a take away, and didn?t disappoint.

Horrible service got kicked out of the restaurant for no apparent reason we walked in and was about to order but they said to us you need to leave and we didn't do anything and they didn't give a reason. Would nit recommend

I stayed in southminster for a week. The food and service here was great. I know I will never return to southminster but to come back to this place would be a good enough reason.
