Nice site based in a rural setting. Would reccomend for a holiday renting. However, please do research before purchasing, this is NOT a residential site, being open 12 months of the year does not mean you can legally live here. Prices are hugely inflated and when you come to sell, even after a year or so you will be offered around 10% of the purchase price.

This is a text which was placed on a Facebook page, ?Holiday Park Action Group? We handed our keys back today £4.000 was all they paid us after we paid £59.000 22 months ago for our van heartbroken. Eastland Meadows County Park is one to stay well clear of so keen and helpful to take your money but so different when you want your money back .

A wonderful quiet park to visit, set through a small village in the Essex countryside. New roads being laid throughout with new pitches being formed to create both parking and decking spaces for home this is definitely a park to visit and watch!

Large caravan and camping site. Friendly staff. Fairly quiet so good for relaxing. There's a real army helicopter and airplane and other attractions to view.
