Once you have successfully negotiated the rooftop car park, the shopping experience is good. Very helpful staff and of course, the free coffee if you have a Waitrose card.

Usually very well stocked, clean and tidy, pleasant staff and the roof top parking is also usually adequate. I would recommend.

A different level of service here. Spoke to 4 team members/partners here today. All outstanding. They show a genuine interest in the customer and are enthusiastic despite it being nearly closing. This is my benchmark store for food shopping. Management are doing something right here.
