Had amazing help today from Glynn (Sorry if that?s not your name lol) who is super down-to-earth and had a great chat. Helped me out a lot when I lost my phone and instantly helped me get a new one! Although I do miss my iPhone 5+ but now I have the 16 which isn?t my cup of tea BUT there was a great deal that the staff helped me look out for!
Also not sure why people complaining about the ?unprofessional? behaviour, lighten up, they?re people not robots. And I?d love to work in an environment like that. I felt more comfortable with people who are people instead of having to follow a ?script?. Stay yourselves!
P.S; as someone who works down the highstreet from you guys, I completely understand?

UPDATE i went in today 24.3.25 all I can say no customer services two workers shouting at each other arguing over a cigarette as he wanted one and she said she didnt smoke then he kept calling her a liar and then arguing about going out last weekend very unprofessional when the girl was meant 2 b helping me then u got the bloke sitting in his chair rolling a cigarette absolutely disgusting where do u find ur staff go 2 EE much better service and u wonder y ppl go 2 different networks......Been in the shop twice this week and everytime I have been served by the same man and he is always eating and has food around his mouth very unprofessional i wouldn't even give it one star ?

Abysmal customer service! For 5 days we've been told to wait 24 hours for our 500mpbs speed Internet to work but it's reaching no higher than 75.1mpbs! Had an open reach tech come out to be told they've sold us the 80mpbs package and not upgraded it, and they should know and see this clearly when we call and complain. Still awaiting a resolution and just want to leave the company at this point and go for sky!!

Ellis (in store)was extremely helpful, but Vodafones customer service at the call centre was an absolute nightmare, that is 1 of the reasons why we left after being loyal customers for over 20yrs. The star rating was for Ellis.

Online account help said they could provide immediate quote for repair but was told they couldn't when I went in. Assistant tried to help but it was a wasted journey.

Went into the store and was utterly ignored. Admittedly the four staff were busy with customers but some acknowledgement can be expected. The only reason I gave one star is that I cant give zero. Will try at another Vodafone store tomorrow if the customer service is as dire then it's another supplier.

it's took 2 hours the lady in shop to activate the sim card which i would like to purchase, unfortunately unsuccessful. Then she told me that she cannot activate it and i should try myself on the next day. as result I spend 15 pounds for pay as you go sim which cannot be activated

The manager is so unprofessional there. I was waiting for my advisor for thirty minutes but when it was my turn, he totally sidelined me and directed the advisor to the other person. Would not be recommending vodafone and this branch.

I'm a man in my seventies. Visited the shop on Wednesday for them to sort out a minor problem. The woman there couldn't do it. So I brought it back in today Friday 25/8/23. A man looked at my mobile repaired it. I was then barred from the shop because they said that on Wednesday I tried to kiss the woman there. When I protested. The manager nearly punched me. So I left, as I walked out he said that I tried it several times. I said to make sure that he has camera proof. I am completely innocent. I have informed the Police and will contact head office. I will not give up on this. I have done nothing wrong. Anyone else had any problems with this?
