Went in store to hire a pipe chaser and extractor and a very nice chap called Laurie delt with my requirements very efficiently and expertly gave me advice on how to use the equipment. He also seemed to be very clued up on the dulux paint mixing machine, lovely bit of kit and got some paint mixed for myself. Laurie seems to be a strong asset to the company and was very well educated on all aspects of his work. A credit to the company, will definitely be using TP and him again and would recommend highly. Top work Laurie

Ordered online for collection at this store, they had stock available. I went to collect and they had sold all the stock to a customer who walked in earlier. My order weren't big but put me out and only a refund or collect next day offered. No apology, almost felt like I was putting them out over the counter and was made to feel like they were doing a favor getting my small order by next day. And when I collected the bags they were the wrong ones (i just noticed), smallest bags so currently feel short changed. I have a receipt but why go back over a few quid, more time wasted, No compensation of time and feel done. Thanks for nothing I suppose ?
