Popped in store a few weeks ago now looking to upgrade my phone and I was met with Jamie, my knight in shining armour, he helped me out more than I needed! Set me up with the latest iPhone, a really good sim deal and insurance for the phone all in one contract and the price for it all can not be beaten anywhere else. Thank you Jamie and thank you 3 for helping me out, 5 stars all day everyday!

Pat is a really polite, friendly and humble member of staff who helps you make informed choices about the plan you want to take out. He helped me and my family to choose the right plans, spent a long time organising different accounts and had an ability to show respectful, friendly, and effective communication. I can't fault his customer care, and he gave me the best customer care experience I have had through Three since I took am account out with them about 15 or more years ago! He didn't ask me to complete a review... I chose to do this myself, outside of Three's internal evaluation system so more people get to access my review.

Choosing Three to reduce my monthly outgoings was my intention. Finding helpful staff and a great deal surpassed my expectations. Firstly, the wait was long. That is because the store is short staffed. It's not the fault of the staff. When I sat down with the adviser, I was so pleased to be treated like a customer should be. Pat provided me with exceptional customer service. He's patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and a glint in his eye, which suggests he's headed for great things. Three gave me a good reduction in monthly outgoings. Ask to speak to Pat. I can't rate him (and his colleagues) highly enough. To the bosses at Three; put more staff like Pat in your branches.

The worst customer service. The staff is rude and never listen to you. The assistant manager of this store is the worst thing ever happen to this store.

Paid to keep the same number during upgrade.
Clear number has since been shared regardless. Now teenagers are getting abusive messages and affecting their mental health.
Massive breach of GDPR. massive complaint to ombudsman.

Don?t switch to three, if you need reliable network and you work as a courier needing network connection all the time or any related work requiring reliable constant network connection. For the past year it has been a nightmare, so many times the network just drops, it is annoying, it costs me money not being able to do my job. How this company disregards the customer is beyond me, at least make sure 4g is working all the time if you do your 5g grid, and vice versa. Its just unbearable

I took my son into the store on Southend High Street. I was greated by polite and friendly staff and was sat down with a polite chap called BenHe was very helpful and provided us several options for a new upgrade to our existing contract. 5 stars to Ben and the team, thank you.
