Had a lovely diamond peel facial. It was my first time having this treatment. Kiera explained what the treatment entailed and told me at each step what she was going to do. The treatment includes a lovely shoulder, arm and hand massage - which was so relaxing. So much so I gave a bit of a snore - sorry Keira! Kiera was friendly and professional.

I only got to use the waxing service once unfortunately as I am moving but I found it a pleasant experience and the aesthetician was competent and friendly.
