Seems to be lack of training every time I enter the store there is a Que to the back of the store with one customer serving and 6-10 members of staff standing around watching him struggle. Creates a very bad customer experience and wastes a lot of people?s time. If you trained your staff to tackle the ques at a fast pace and not avoid serving customers you would be a lot less busy in turn creating a easier less stressful workflow for the staff working and not wasting people?s time.

Love this shop the only problem is the aisles are always bunged up for restock which makes it a pain for people with prams, wheelchairs and sticks. Apart from that not a bad shop at all

Staff are lazy & really rude. With a queue of people waiting to pay, they are standing around chatting about their social life. Will never go back.

This is really the modern Woolworths. There craft department and home wares are well stocked and very reasonable. I was a bit disappointed in the garden section and also to find that there is no longer a customer toilet.
