I have shopped with this company a number of times, the principle is one of the most helpful of people you could hope for. I This is not a business you can just turn up, you have to have a prior appointment. This is made very clear in the web site, when leaving a bad review think very carefully if you are been fair. These small businesses are absolutely dependent on good reviews. To also impugn someone personally is just disgusting. especially as you actually did not do any trade or make any contact. I am very upset personally for this business.

It took 9 months to find this website with its extraordinary selection of classic, country and contemporary products (wish I'd found it much, much earlier!!). I live overseas and cannot thank Jean enough for her patience, communication and excellent customer service to ensure that I got what I needed and that it arrived safely. The cushions are beautiful and as described with very attractive colour coordinated stripe ties. I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend Linen Lace and Patchwork. Thankyou.

I visited Jean's showroom a few days ago as I really love browsing and seeing things for myself. It was a long journey but I was not disappointed. Jean is a very warm and welcoming person and I was able to buy things which are not available elsewhere. Although I have not processed my treasures yet I was totally inspired by my visit and the linens on display. So much so that in future I will be totally confident to order from this company. Thank you Jean for being so accommodating.

We ordered this on Thursday and it was delivered the following Monday . I had seen a similar one for over £100 more and was at the point of ordering it when I had a look on llph , very pleased I did as this is a lovely thihng . Its modern and is a lovely colour and looks fantastic with out red sofa in the family room . Would recommend !

What wonderful throws and and covers.
