There is a real lack of security in this shop!
They have removed security guard?s from the shop and left everyone vulnerable.
I for one will not shop here until they are replaced
I mean this is Westclif high street!
Now I?m not too sure what food items are rummaged through by the dirty hands of the homeless
Please please bring the guards back!

This shop is terrible. I went in there and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come serve me. I asked a rude man on the shop floor if he could serve me and he said no. I asked him can he get a member of staff to serve me and he stormed off out the back and didn't come back so I left my shopping and went to co op over the road. Its dirty and they have no customer service at all.

Never got any issues until my last time. I have asked for help with tesco app while paying for goods and heard from middle-aged staff, blond lady "it is your phone, not mine". When I calmly said that this is not about phone but about company app she simply rudely walk away!? To make it more "customer care" experience when I came to the till I have not heard simple hello or no smile, completely ignored as I ask to serve me-self service was card only. Young boy, who quickly replace her(I do not know why as there was no customers waiting) , though when I figured all out by myself (only to put sms approval code) thanked me and wished a good night. Sometimes senior staff needs to take an example.
