I went to mobile shop on behalf off my friend to try and explaine the deal he was givien dpeaking to very rude lady manager the gentkemen was disable and he wtote all his questions which i hsnded it to her she said im not reeding this very rudley i said why not uou got no customers plus yoh got another colegue she daid im not reeding it tesco you should not employ rude people to represent your company i would get my services for my phone elsewere and tell all my friends wjat dort off manager you employed today at 6 pm

Had an awful experience yesterday (Sunday 10th) at this store. We scanned all of our shopping on self serve, after the hand held scan as you shop decided to go wrong (it happens) and went to pay. The self service checkout accepted the payment, but refused to give a receipt. We then went to walk out as the our bank app said that we had paid. However some jumped up and extremely rude cashier / till attendant accused us that we hadn?t paid. She was brash, rude and just told us to follow her. No polite customer relation of ?let?s go and check together or this can happen I just want to make sure?. No she straight out accused us of not paying for our goods. So yes we followed this vile member of the Tesco team, back to the self checkout. She then just walked off and left us not knowing what to do! Luckily some other team member came over, who was lovely and a credit to the store, she then told explained that it hadn?t gone through. So yes we then payed again, got our receipt and left! The best of it all, we have since checked our account and two amounts have been taken! So yes thank you Tesco for your outstanding service especially to the miserable and extremely rude attendant that accused us of not paying!

This isn?t really a bad review because the woman was just doing her job but I just found it kinda funny how I could drive to Tesco in a car by myself to arrive at Tesco only to be denied a redbull at the service checkout because my id was still in the car, bare in mind I do this EVERY SINGLE DAY but today i guess I just suddenly looked younger than I actually am? like I said it?s not her fault because she was doing her job, it?s more an inconsistency as everyone else must think I look above the age except for this one member of the team, and quite frankly I?ve had an awful weekend and didn?t need all of this dismourning, so I?m boycotting Tesco for a bit and will shop in aldi and other places till there?s something I actually need in Tesco, maybe it was a sign that I was spending too much on redbull and meal deals anyway but yeah even though she was doing her job I?ve just been left with a bad taste for that Tesco now and begrudge giving them anymore of my money just to be told no at the till by one specific member of staff

This kind of inconsistency in product (chocolate sundae) causes family arguments. We'd Appreciate a little more care in the creation please.

Not a store I use often but have used on many occasions still. Last visit June 2025. Nice and big/ spacious. Has the scan as you shop to save time with big shop. Has a nice clothing section and homeware. Cafe at back of store looked good but was closed as visited later in day. Also seen in the news they've got a Greggs there now. Still just a Tesco, decent store overall

Unfortunately it is not worth doing scan as you shop here as it always ends in checks of your complete trolley which means slower than going via tills, and organised shopping is just pulled to bits and re shoved, mashed into you bags. Time to ditch tescos

Went to the cafe, no choice for gluten free apart from porridge , nothing else, sat and watched my husband have a sausage bap, which he said was lovely

Thank you to all the staff that helped me yesterday after passing out of no where staff where very helpful and supportive and I did get seen in a&e quite quickly
