Ordered a takeaway I had a chicken strips 6-inch bread, and they really should have toasted the bread. Unfortunately my bread was untoasted, which was a real shame. I was expecting at least warm toasted bread. Won't be ordering here again, unfortunately, just because the bread wasn't toasted and I had to eat it cold while I finished work. There weren't any options on the app to choose if I wanted it toasted or not.

Hits the spot every time, excellent customer service and orders always correct and quick - definitely best subway in southend! And to top it of the presentation, OUTSTANDING!

Very unprofessional store, most of the times they send worng order & never accept. I ordered veg sub and they sent in non veg to me. Avoid this store & try other sub stores near by much more professional & friendly. We waited for order around 1 hr 30 mins and then got the wrong order. When I highlited this to store simple answer was we cannot do anything. In my last experience when I went into store for pickup, people were smoking inside store and store manager didn't even bothered to stop them. Very unprofessionally run store. Strongly siggest to avoid this
Vegetarian options: Store don't respect dietry requirements be careful they can send weong orders

Can't beat a toasted fully loaded feast of meat with cheese, meatballs and loads of toppings and sauce! Not cheap but very satisfied!Parking: Just off the A127. Not struggled parking but there's only a few spaces outside the shop.
