Ordered via JustEat for delivery - only 3 simple sandwiches ordered. I ordered for myself a turkey wrap but was given a tuna wrap - tuna, to which I am allergic. I phoned the store asking for a remake of the sandwich, was demanded that I come to collect my remake as they ?can?t trust the just eat drivers to redeliver? an order as a gesture of goodwill. I was not offered an apology until I asked for one. Supposed ?manager? was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Said they only way I could get re delivery was to reorder and then request a refund through just eat which will only give account credit but since they fulfilled my order with something I am allergic to, I requested a full monetary refund to which I was rudely told that they could not do that - which is an outright lie. I asked to speak to someone higher and was just told no. No explanation and when I asked to have them contact me, ?manager? said no can?t do that. Owner is not available and will not be contacting me

Very slow service took 15 mins for 2 foot longs. Server didn't listen and was to busy talking to his colleague. Be prepared to wait a while for your food.

The food is good and all standards were met. There was a lack of staff during the visit, and due to that, preparation felt really rushed and wrong sauce used.Vegetarian options: AvailableDietary restrictions: Can be met, as you are telling what to put in the sandwich.

The Staff are rude to you when you order, and do not allow customizion to any of the subs, even though there website says you can and other stores do.

I?m honestly so disappointed in the service today , firstly asked what came with the kids pak to be told they didn?t know and walked off , I ask someone else and they said they didn?t know , so I asked why they didn?t know ? Surely they need to know working there ! Anyway it took 15 mins for me to pay because the guy couldn?t use the till .. so my food is cold ? also charged me separately for drinks that came with the kids pack AND SHORT CHANGED ME ! Honestly not happy with my service atall , if u can?t employ staff who can make a basic sandwich u should really rethink what ur doing , no one changed gloves and one guy had no gloves atall !!! Gross would not like to think where his hands have been .
