Closes at 6 allegedly, tried to order at 5 and was told that they couldn?t accept orders but still charged me. Have to wait 6 months for a refund because they couldn?t be bothered to switch off their ordering machine.

Walked in and got told they were closed 3pm on a Sunday.
The guy was standing behind the counter and said he was on a break for an hour so can't serve us.
Lock the doors or employ more people.

Shocking service, so awful we walked out and went elsewhere. Partner is severely allergic to chicken (anaphylactic severe I might add) and he clearly told the staff member. Clearly the girl serving didn't understand this concept at all (she barely spoke English) even though she nodded. She started making our subs and then proceeded to put CHICKEN on my partner's sub. Never touching this place again

My children and I were refused entry today because we had scooters with us. We were told we?d have to leave the scooters outside (they would have then been easy to steal as you can?t lock scooters up). I come here regularly and have never been refused entry before.

Awful the woman working there on the closing shift on Thursday 6 June scoffed at me when I politely asked to get a drink with my order and then told me I was not allowed to sit and eat it at 4:30 when they close at 6 wish I could give it a 0

A worker from here charged 10p for a paper bag !!!! shouldn?t charge for paper bags they said ?not our fault we try to give bags out for 10p but not to everyone some we just give them too. The plastic bags cost 30p down at the local Tesco and we charge only 10p here? ( erm difference is it?s plastic and that?s a required government charge ) when I said you can?t just pick who you charge he said yeh I can ?I can choose who I give bags to for free and I can decide if I want to charge them or not? then he said quote on quote ?I could give a free sub to someone if I wanted to!!!!!? Clearly has great customer service skills When I asked for his name he laughed and said his name was Ben and even spelt it out for me !!!!then starts laughing and talking to the customers about me ?.Ben is rude why is there not a zero star option on here oh

Subway... You know what you gonna get, subs, wraps, meat, fresh veg all stuffed into the bread of your choice. Place is clean, food is ok.
