It's always been a middling experience for me going to Starbucks and this outlet was no exception. They don't accept cash so being forced to pay by card isn't a good move.
The music isn't background music. It's basically a soundtrack to your conversation, much too loud for my liking.
You don't get metal spoons with your drinks. Just wasteful wooden stirrers.
The only redeeming feature is the Barista training so coffee quality is always good. Why did I go to Starbucks in the first place? Because they allow dogs. Otherwise I would just go to my usual spot. Can't recommend it if you enjoy a quiet chat and paying with cash.

I wouldn't recommend going on Saturday, as there are long queues despite having three staff members, and they're quite slow at making drinks.

Lovely coffee, great service, and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Free WiFi and air-conditioning, even when the door is left open.

The man serving us was clearly new as he was calling everyone?s drinks very quietly, neither of my friends heard their names get called so their drinks had slightly warmed up by the time they realised. When my drink got made the man asked whether I wanted ice despite me putting on the mobile order that I didn?t, he said that he accidentally made it with ice and that he?ll redo it for me. However a couple minutes later he calls my name and I get my drink as shown in the picture, I asked for a large and I got the same amount I would in a medium, I assume he just took the ice out of drink however I asked for no ice for the sole reason of getting more coffee. A chair at our table also had a large wet patch on it. Despite all this, I go here quite a lot and this has never happened before, service is usually very quick and get everything right.

Parking: Car park available just round the corner, but on street is only there if you're lucky.

Have been a Starbucks loyal customer for many years having worked for the brand in their London support centre. I was really disappointed with today's visit, staff seemed disinterested and very slow to make drinks, despite little to no queues. Starbucks once prided themselves on their genuine customer greetings, upselling, quality of service and making the shop the third place for customers. Todays service felt slow, awkward, impersonal and was generally a disappointing experience.

Everyone in the Cyber Trust team uses this Starbucks. Having a Starbucks this close to our office is a real plus. Essential for some of them. Great coffee, everytime.
