Arrived at Specsavers Leigh on sea and was greeted by friendly staff
I was shown to the waiting area where I waited for no more then 5 minutes before I was seen by the optician
The optician was very good and the exam was done very well
I would recommend this opticians and I will be booking my next eye test with them

Recently visited this store on several occasions and jurying all my visits had interactions with many of the staff, all and everyone was friendly, helpful and just so nice, amazing customer service at every level. Always thoughtful and respectful, where possible going above and beyond. A real pleasure having interaction with the younger generation.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Each process was explained by the relevant team member. They leave you to choose your frames but you know that the staff are ready should you need any help.

All staff at this branch are amazing a recent visit with my granddaughter
(4 year old) proved very challenging with her being very scared as her first ever visit involved eye drops, photos, and machines and she wasn?t very cooperative but not at any time did they show anything but empathy and encouragement I cannot praise them enough. I also apologise to all the other customers who had to listen to her screaming and shouting ? she was literally petrified bless her. Well done specsavers leigh on sea ??????

The Branch staff were all very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Josh, in particularly, is a credit to the business.
In addition to the great service I received during my appointments, the staff were keen to highlight that I should contact them immediately if I had any additional questions or issues after I had received my new glasses.
Excellent approach to retaining loyal customers.
