Initially had a great experience the first two visits however went to exchange a gold ring as they won?t do refunds if paid by cash or credit card, that had turned my finger green but was told it couldn?t be as it had been worn (for an hour), when they sell second hand jewellery anyway? Left with a very bad taste in my mouth as they don?t seem to like giving refunds either. Product was faulty and they should?ve been offering a replacement or refund but would not budge on either. Certainly won?t visit again and have advised people to steer clear.

Went to shop to have a look at 2 braclets and the ladies in the shop were very helpful and I brought a very nice bracelet at a very reasonable price. Great value and amazing service. So good when I got home a couple of days later I purchased another bracelet for a Xmas present for my younger son. Definitely will be coming back for some more jewellery.

23? 11mm 92gram gold curb chain?..Wow amazed how cheap and the quality of the chain.It arrived the next day could not believe how nice it was I took it to A Simmons jewellery just because I could not believe the weight and quality for the price just to confirm it was solid 9k?.And it was they did have the same sort of chain in A Simmons but it was 24? 11mm 86grams and that was £600 more so glad I used Southend discount gold thank you so much I?ll be coming back.
