I called in here today to have a portrait printed and framed for a friends funeral.
The 2 young ladies couldn't be more helpful, especially as they had to spend a lot of time guiding customers through the various services on offer.

Very rude staff, not useful service. No regard for customer experience and clearly do not care as there's no other photo printing service nearby.Won't be personally returning, would just be careful as instructions aren't clear and staff will not listen or help.

Natasha and her team (southend) were great. There was a slight user error on my part but Natasha helped me without any fuss. Professional and friendly throughout .
