Not sure what was wrong with Catherine today at about 12 ish !!!!.
She had a proper attitude during my customer experience.
I've always found screwfix to have excellent service, so today I was rather taken back !!!.
I'd wished I'd gone to toolstation.
Which I did mention, and she said go on then, .
Very rude woman to say the least .
Hope she has a better day tomorrow !!!

Quick easy pick up service, some f the stuff needed to be delivered to store, but an excellent quick delivery next day was easy tomorrow out. Staff are always helpful

Yesterday was our first visit to the Southend store. The girl who served us was so helpful and even suggested the right or better item to order. We wanted a wall mounted heater. She knew exactly what our needs were and we were very impressed. The lady at the till was also very pleasant and we would like them to know that. Our heater arrived the next day, today. Our electrician will fit on Tuesday. Will recommend.

Last time using this store. Everyone I go in, what I want is out if stock. Ordered, paid, waited, had to phone store to see if was in as they didn't bother contacting me. Bought some ear plugs, Box split and couldn't be sure if all there, bought some ear defenders, box all split and looked used. Got a refund but they weren't keen on giving me. Staff curt and felt as though I was putting them out. Not impressed!

Good point was young man there who was helpful.Awful woman working there with blondish hair who basically done nothing but talk to other people ( staff ) talking about having a w*nk, looked straight at me waiting at the counter and completely ignored the fact you had a customer and carried on talking, other than the young lad there the rest of the staff are a disgrace to your company and if this is how you want your company to be presented then I'll go to the different branch or use tool station next door.
