Went in for first time today, good selection of stuff alot more than I realised, managed to get everything I needed and friendly guy working there today, life savers! Will definitely use them again before going to a B&Q in future! They also cut sheet timber I saw which is brill

Great store with really friendly staff. Helped me cutting some shelves to size that wasn't even purchased from there but they were more than willing to help me. Very helpful and I will definitely use them again for any DIY requirements.

I needed some MDF board so was going to B&Q to get it. Luckily Sutton Road was gridlocked. I turned around and went to Sapwoods and got the same item cheaper. I have used this shop for many years and seen it change ownership. The DIY store is now the best it has been. It carries more stock and is well laid out. The staff are very helpful. There is easy parking too.

Amazing service from the staff. Went in with a query on Sunday about how a problem could be solved and the chap there explained how I could complete it in several ways but commented that the cheapest way would be easiest... very impressed with service
