I had a buy a gift voucher for salon 361 , I rang and was told rudely not using buy a gift from 27th July and we are fully booked up to that date !! Plainly not true . I had the bother of cancelling the voucher and buy a gift did not know that salon 361 were not using them. They may give a great massage but I and my friends and colleagues will never know as their customer service is terrible and now we will not use them in future.

Great place to go, friendly accommodating staff, and professional with a personal touch by always making sure I have a coffee ready before I arrive. I've been going for 8 years now and wouldn't change. Highly recommend. ??????????

Horrible, Horrible is all I can say.Never was so mistreated in my life.They charge the money and don't do the treatments, offend clients, called me a lier, rude everything. I just came to relax and payd for it.Complete to avoid!

Went for a birthday voucher - 60 mins pamper, I was greeted by Christine. Such a lovely down to earth lady and had a really lovely experience. The salon in general had such a relaxing vibe. She had done my nails and gave me a massage. Would definitely reccomend and come back again. Thank you
