Rude staff, terrible customer service. Till staff barely acknowledge you. No hello or goodbye, they don't even tell you how much your shopping is. Just plain bad manners. The manager should be ashamed

There were 3 staff at the self-service all young girls all they were doing was chatting. There were 2 people that needed assistance with the light flashing red on the self checkout not one came over to help until we called them out and I said like you?re taking the piss.. Then they started to help and the fact that they looked over and saw and carried on chatting. I will not be shopping back at Sainsbury?s and if you?re gonna have Staff that keep chatting, tell them to get a new job at radio station..
Ps There?s a couple of older ladies that work on a self-service they are amazing. They push all the time to make customers happy and that I am grateful for and I only shop at Sainsbury?s when I see them at self service otherwise I Go to Tesco?s And yes, they might be more expensive at Tesco?s, but they are more polite and helpful. I think it?s about time Sainsbury?s comes a lot stricter on their self service staff about chatting as you?re gonna lose more Customer

Rude, unfriendly and unprofessional member of staff. Man behind the till has serious attitude problems, needs to reconsider working with the public as seems to want to argue over nothing?!

I?m an Uber driver. They handed my order to the wrong driver (well they say that but I saw the manager take the bag and put it somewhere; it had gin and tonic in, so wouldn?t surprise me if she stole it), the so called woman ?manager? with brown hair blue eyes and bright red lipstick was very rude and then told me to go away and gave me a bad rating when they were really incompetent by not remaking the order. I have informed police via 101 that the order was stolen, reported them to Uber eats and so has the customer. Really unprofessional.

Nice and lovely staff. Plenty and diverse ammount of things to buy. Fairly good on cost and easily to get to. The lights can be dim at times but its easy to do. I allways go here unless closed late at night.

Currently boycotting all Sainsbury?s stores until they get more customer focussed and stop charging £1 parking tax for 5 mins shopping or sending £70 parking fines every time you pick up a prescription from main store.
