swung by my local pharmacy yesterday to pick up something for my eye, was given advice my the pharmacist what turned out to be bang on saving me a lengthy call and time at my local doctors.

We have lived in the village for 10 years now. Being almost pensioner age we have used this pharmacy many times. The guy who runs it has always been polite and friendly. The service and advice has always been spot on. We are lucky to have this in the village.

The Pharmacist who runs this store is probably one of the most rudest people I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.
I will never step foot in there again. I now travel to a Pharmacy outside of the village.

The man that runs this pharmacy is so full of his own self importance it?s unbelievable, I?ve never met such a rude man ever and being in a job working with people who are unwell he should be happy jolly and friendly and most importantly at least pretend to care, but no he looks down his nose at you , doesn?t make eye contact when speaking with you anything you ask for is to much effort and he is rude and unprofessional. I have now moved to a professional friendly pharmacy

Guy that works there has a terrible attitude problem. Went in to get advice on our child's rash which included a rash on his bottom and not only did the man seem like doing his job was a total inconvenience but proceeded to talk to myself and my wife like we were stupid.Moreover instead of taking us to somewhere with a little privacy he expected me to drop my 2 year olds trousers and nappy in a shop full of strangers!When we said we didn't think it was chickenpox his very blunt and condescending answer was "well you've answered your own question then? and refused to put it in writing for the nursery....then spent longer telling us to call the pharmacy than it would have taken to write a note.I would suggest a new career for this guy, one without having to talk to the public as clearly he isn't suited to it

Staff a friendly and helpful. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the opening time. Very restrictive for those that work. If they would just consider a couple of hours on a Saturday morning for prescriptions it would make a massive difference.

Staff are rude when a complaint about how long it take 15 mins to get a prescription sorted .I have never known a chemist to take so long to serve a customer and every time seems to be a problem?The chemist needs to review their customer skills and organise the procedures

I've rang 12 times this morning and nobody is answering my phone call. The line has even gone engaged sometimes when I've tried which shows someone is there. I desperately need help and now will have to change chemist because of their incompetence

Terrible chemist, a very rude man who can't even bother to turn up on time. Its the only chemist within walking distance of the village, so some people have to use the place. I changed awhile ago because of the man, best thing I have done.
