Hired a room. Dirty bath with small hairs in the bath tub. I had to wash it out before use. No ventilation. Shame. Very disappointed.Rooms: Dirty bath tub. Hairs in the bath . No ventilation.

Great place to stay. Parking is free and there is a lovely Toby carvery right next door. A bit of a walk to adventure Island but it's a nice walk along the beachfront.Rooms: Nice and tidy. Spacious room.lovely shower. Even a hairdryer.

The lady who checked us in was lovely. So much personality. Just the kind of pleasant friendly greeting you want.However, the room. It really smells. I could only describe it as an old damp carpet/ old people's home/ wet dog smell.Thank goodness we had a candle but this hotel needs to lift the carpet and fit new ones. A refurbishment is definitely needed.WiFi cuts out but when connected it is good.

Called Saturday Receptionist was very rude and sounded nasty we stayed there last year with dog twice lady said it wasn't true? Really please get some new staff you have just lost 2 good customers we won't be coming back
