Reasonably sized shop and stock levels are pretty good for a very busy store. The staff are pretty helpful when you can find them.

Very well organised shop.
Well stocked.
I have a visual impairments but found it very beady to locate items.
The staff.are helpful and friendly.
An added bonus was finding some Fig Rolls, my favourites!

Got a good variety off bargains and I do love a bargain eg....Clothes , make up , Food , Pet Food .....love this Shop and staff very friendly and helpful

Friendly Staff. I've seen them help several older customers to use the self service tills. If there where 10 stars I'd give the all 10. The Royals, Southend on Sea team are awesome.

I?m absolutely in chock how rubbish is the service. I went there and the corredor 4 was went and there was no sign to advertise. I had a big fall, no one to help me to get up. I went to the staff at the till to inform what happened and for my surprise at nay time she asked if I was ok. Actually others staffs was called but no one had a humanity to ask if I was hurt.
