It was my first time coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and I won?t be returning.
I hate to be the one to complain and maybe it doesn?t look that bad as they are small cuts that have now scabbed over, but it?s definitely not the look I was going for and I actually feel embarrassed going out with cuts under my eyebrows not very pretty. Please do better next time girls I don?t pay to get cut ????? in response to the owners comments I haven?t answered the calls as im busy and there is not much you can do now this is not a reaction or red marks that can go away with soothing balm your offering me it also has nothing to do with Sunbeds the skin is actually cut not a reaction just own up to the fact u can?t thread we will leave it here thanks ?????

Have been going to plush for a few years now. Never had a bad experience and have tried different treatments. Paige and the team know their stuff, are friendly and welcoming. Would totally recommend, and i would not go anywhere else? x

I would definitely recommend a visit to Plush Beauty Lounge! The Salon itself feels very inviting and luxurious, the perfect surroundings for all pamper and beauty needs. The Staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional and will put you at ease.I had my first ever microdermabrasion with Katie, and was very impressed with the treatment and results. I will be returning again soon.

Wouldn't honour a pedicure gift voucher bought last Xmas. Thought I had 12 months to use it, not 6 months. Quick to take the money and quick to give flat no or offer a compromise. Very bad customer service and won't be returning.

Went for a removal of gel, manicure, & new colour gel applied. Shannon who has done my nails before was already booked, so I had an appointment with Zoe. I am so pleased with the finished result & I would highly recommend either of the girls to anyone.
