Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery that had said it was going to be 20-30 minutes. What a joke. The pizza finally arrived and was sadly tasteless and soggy. Had to put our own cheese and seasonings on and put in the airfryer. Avoid this place.

I had ordered x2 pizza's tonight but when we opened one of them up it looked as if it was thrown over and looked very sloppy, worse pizza I have ever had, we were hungry hence we never phoned but my son had the other half and was complaining that his side being cheese only tasted as if it had onion in and wasn't very nice at all, not being funny or anything Pizza is expensive

Pre-ordered food via the Pizza Hut app for collection, it was ready at the estimated time and collecting it was simple and hassle free. There's a button in the store you can press and a staff member comes to the counter and grabs your order for you to take away. Food was good quality and hot - would recommend.

I called up the shop to see where about my delivery was and a man named Jonathan answered the phone. He was extremely rude and wouldn't tell me the progress of my order and was in general a terrible customer service. He also claimed to be a manger which I refused to believe as the way he spoke to me was incredibly unprofessional and if him being a manger is the case then I believe that role should be taken from him after these actions

I?m writing this post because I am really impressed by how helpful and informative the guy was their he?s a white guy around 5-7 with a cap on he was nice and I felt he helped me and made me visit pleasant and I just want to say a big thankyou and I wish customer service was more like this.
