Airport one.... staff are always super friendly and helpful. 9/10 what I want or need is in stock in shop aswell.
Not sure in the point of the loyalty card tbh. You don't earn points and don't really get discounts on items ypu actually buy either.

Bought a couple of male gerbils from the southend branch (the one in the hightreet) that turned out to be different genders and I now have a litter of 3 (did leave a review if you want the ins and outs) long story short the service there was absolutely appalling. I then came to this store and spoke to Ethan, I cannot thank this store enough for the patience and understanding I received, he listened to everything I said understood everything I said, and took it all on board he went above and beyond to help me out gave me all the information I needed, and most of all he seemed to actually care that I would have to seperate my 2 bonded since birth male and female gerbils. The other store was rude kept throwing the blame around and even made it seem like I was at fault, I've been going to both stores for a few years now and I can happily say I will not be going back to the other one.

What a disgusting costumer service
Being buying there for 7 years pet food for my main coon and today was the last time I'm dealing with pets at home rather give 10£ extra per bag of pet food to the vets the go in there again
Absolutely poor customer service
My delivery to branch has be lost with evri.when I ordered it for collection
And guess what the reordered it again
And evri got it again for delivery even tho paid it for collection
Now I'm waiting again
They gave me 5 pound voucher the cat food royal cannin 4kg cost 56£
This a joke and need again to call customer service because ther is nowhere to call complain unless you go to the store and so rude on the phone
I'm done
This is my last purchase
Will look for better suppliers
