Went in to return a dog jumper and as it didn't have a tag on it Arthur had to ask the manager so Andy comes steaming over we both tried to explain and Andy speaks to me and Arthur like rubbish shouting which one of you am I talking to absolute disgusting behaviour from a store manager then said to Arthur if we can sell it then what is your problem. Arthur was so helpful and so polite shame about the manager Andy disgusting behaviour he should not be the manager at that store or any other store...

Need to go back next time without Rosie (the dog ?) she was trying to eat everything ?'but hay'people love her but did have some cool stuff she can rip apart, plus some classic horror plush toys ? took a picture ? plus non alcoholic wine for dogs (stupid) ?

I am disgusted with the way I was talked to and treated by staff. They don?t sell small pets even here anymore and their fish are all dying.

Been a customer for many years, but sadly i can no longer shop at pets at home, corporate have raised the prices so much that i just cant afford it, i went in today and it seems the slightly cheaper brands are no longer sold, the prices of whats remaining is truly sickening, this isnt the stores fault its the top dogs that suck up all the money, im truely sad i cant purchase here anymore, the staff have always been lovely and helpfull, the shops always clean, the refurbishment looks great, but the cost is just silly now

I dont live in Southend so maybe shouldn't comment. It's not a patch on my local wt Gravesend though. Found it a bit limited stock, lots of gaps in stock availablity and for the size of the town dirnt think it had a good enough choice. Must be missing out on sales I should think. Also seemed a bit messy, I dont mean dirty just a bit untidy, but probably shirt staffed so none to keep things in order. It had the basics but hot much inspiration if you have a new pet for instance.
