They need to review the attitude of the some of the staff there is a short man who isn't very helpful at all !!! I will refuse to be served by him again . The other staff are really nice and very knowledgeable and helpful

What can I say about this experience. Shame I cannot score this a NO stars. The reason for my visit was to gather information as I am looking to change my current mobile and broadband provider. I went into the store and no greeting. Fair enough that most of the operatives were dealing with people. When I eventually was acknowledged, I asked for information. As the phone I was after hadn?t been announced yet, I was simply told come back tomorrow after it?s announced. No, offer of an idea. And the attitude was that he couldn?t have cared less. Simple decision, on to my next of three visits. I had already visited one of their competitors two doors up from them. Good luck with your business model. For me it?s total rubbish.

Went in to o2 to upgrade mine and my mums contract she was on a sim only but wanted to treat her to a new iPhone and I was on both. Sat down got my mum the iPhone 13 couldn?t do mine as o2 recycle was down so planned to go back next Saturday. you have 14 days to swap or cancel. We went in on Saturday done my upgrade then I decided to get my mum the 14 as it was around £1 difference a month in price they said no problem. As they had new systems they struggled how to do this Leroy was so helpful 10/10 even stayed later than his shift and Adam they asked Lee to assist (I think store manager) who was very rude and unhelpful because he couldn?t work out how to do it and really couldn?t be asked he said ?there is no difference between the iPhone 13 to the 14 anyways? I said there must be it?s a newer phone. His reply is well if you want to swap it you gonna have to do a credit check again (goes on your score) and we do sim only then start again. I said but this is not the proper way why should she do it like that to his reply ?you know what I?m not dealing with it? Leroy stayed behind after shift with Adam and 4 or so hours later we had it sorted the proper way with a little help from another colleague at another shop. Lee?s attitude made my mum feel uncomfortable he was rude and really could not be bothered to help. I?m spending over £4000 on two contracts and have been with o2 more than 14 years I?d say. I am now considering cancelling both within the 14 days and going elsewhere on this Saturday. 10/10 to Leroy and Adam couldn?t of asked for more.

shocking store and being called out as a liar by the store manager following a conversation that I had with a Manager at o2 customer services... This manager was supposedly able to diagnose a fault with a brand-new device without even taking any information from me! refusing to do an exchange even though I am within the 30-day exchange period!! what a shocking manager! needless to say i will be sending a complaint in to o2!

Come in the store to pick up my new phone and wasn?t aware you had to bring I.D with you if you ordered online. The staff was so rude towards me. Didn?t give a care in the world spoke to me like utter trash. Very rude man. Maybe have some more respect towards customers and pick up on your people skills.

Spoke to Lee who is supposedly a leader.I've been having network issues and he continued to tell me there is no issue, tried to ask if he can help me with my settings and he told me no, he's not techy and neither are the 3 other people in store which is find hard to believe that they know nothing about the the stock they were meant to be selling.Undermined my hobbies and tried to make me feel Inferior by playing Pokémon, zero interest in his job or helping people. Was told he looked at my phone and found no issue, when I asked what he looked at, he told me the conversation is over. All he checked was that my data was on and WiFi was off. Useless. When I said it's probably time to look for a new provider he laughed and turned away.

Manager rude and lazy. Too busy texting to bother with customer. When my contract expires in August I will find another provider.
