Was told they could only issue e-receipts on the till so I gave my email....now I've been signed up to marketing not just from New Look, but other companies!! I did not consent to this. Not happy with their tactics to get email addresses!!

You'd like to think that with most big chains closing down that Newlook would try not to push more customers onto online shopping. I understand that the lift in the Southend branch is obviously very expensive to fix which is why is has been out of action for a very long time. People with wheelchairs, prams have gotten used to the whole shop each floor at separate times but now the staff have purposely blocked the little wheelchair lift so you are unable to go from the children's section to the shoe. And when asked to move I was told "that's a lot to move so you'll need to bump the pram" so now as I am unable to use the store because of my pram I will now have bypass newlook or only shop online. Which is not what I wanted. Maybe choose a store on one level if newlook doesn't want to keep its lifts accessible.

No disabled or pram access currently, no lift working and only 4 steps into shop- disgusting new look.

What a great new look store! I wished that I wasn't hot as I would have likedto have tried some things on. My daughter got a couple of bargains as her range had 25% off.

Staff in there are so rude they don?t seem the slightest bit interested in helping you all they seem to care about is talking to other staff members I won?t be going back there again
