I highly recommend Nekta after using them for a family funeral. They went above and beyond. Jane in particular has been incredibly kind and couldn't have done more. Had a beautiful bouquet made by a lady with curly hair today, I chose the colours & said how much I wanted to spend & explained it was for a bereavement, was really happy with them the quality of the flowers were worth every penny, she was very friendly too even making a fuss of my two dogs.

The lady on the telephone was very understanding when I placed my order on 28 March for 50th wedding anniversary basis delivery to my wife on 31 March. I suggested a value of £50 plus delivery for a special display and agreeing to include lilies. The attached photograph shows what was delivered early pm 30 March! The box is as big as the posy. It?s definitely Waitrose for me in future. I?m told the shop is under new management. A very poor start if that?s true.
