Unfortunately cant give a minus score or i would.The staff are useless. They are completely pointless wastes of money.All they do is point you to a phone or online banking. Changing literally everything over to a more useful bank.

This branch is outstanding. I came to close my mother's bank account after she had passed away, they treated me so kindly. one lady even hugged me. It pays nothing to be kind. They are supportive and professional. I am so impressed with the service I received. Thank you so much natwest (southend branch)

How can this bank get any worse. Tried to pay a credit card with cash and was told that they do not have any human cashier tills anymore and you have to use a machine!! Was told that the machine does not give change and I will have to go and get the correct money! I thought that this was a bank!! What has ever happened to good old customer services!!

Unbelievably bad service, one officious lady trying to triage a a group of patient customers. I was with my mother in law who is infirm, we were told we had to wait 1 1/2 hours! This after my mother in law was here the day before and told she had to come back again today. I asked if we could make an appointment but told they don?t appointments. Now told to come back again tomorrow! What a joke!

I really didn't think paying in a small amount to a Business Account would be so difficult. Arrived at bank and questioned by lady on reception who was encourage customers to "Get the App". Told the lady that I needed to make a bank deposit and I was unable to use the deposit machines because the reference number was too long and couldn't be accepted. Joined lengthy queue to pay in over the counter to discover that despite having over 15 people in the queue they only had one cashier on duty and one till open. After paying in I left the bank 50 minutes later. Service simply not good enough. Really deserves a No Star rating but you can't post a review with out a star so have to give it a "ONE"

Had already spoken to the branch in Leigh, wanted to take out a large sum of money, said i needed it for next week, asked about procedure, gave me a scan code so i would be seen more quickly when I came in, scan didn't work so lady booked me in, they called me took details answerd all questions, left me waiting 20 minutes then said they will not let me have my money in cash, so the bank is tell ing me that i cannot have own money, manage did not come out to see me, wasted my time. Will nt be going there again will move to another bank

Absolute joke, no staff and they lie. Booking people in saying sorry 20 minute wait, people eating 1 1/2 hours so far. We all need to change banks . Southend worst ever.
