My daughter has had a 'Help-to-buy' ISA with Nationwide for some years. She had an issue withdrawing her funds which meant she lost her Government support. The two managers, Tess and Kirsten were absolutely brilliant.They realised the urgency to get it sorted before completion on my daughter's flat. They worked between them to sort it all out and kept us updated throughout.They sorted the problem and assured us they would address the problem going forward.Excellent customer service, with a smile!Thank you both!

Very good branch, they are busy but try to work hard to serve customers in a timely manner, in fact, Nationwide as a whole is a very good bank to be a customer of. I have been with them for nearly 25 years. Their products and accounts are very competitive. I work for a rival banking group (cough NatWest) and the experience at that branch and Nationwide is night and day.Nationwide is a Lamborghini and the other bank branch is a Ford Escort.I would have given this Nationwide branch 5 stars but the only minor negative is they need a few more counters, but I suppose they don't have the space for that.
