“Had amazing help today from Glynn (Sorry if that’s not your name lol) who is super down-to-earth and had a great chat. Helped me out a lot when I lost my phone and instantly helped me get a new one! Although I do miss my iPhone 5+ but now I have the 16 which isn’t my cup of tea BUT there was a great deal that the staff helped me look out for!
Also not sure why people complaining about the “unprofessional” behaviour, lighten up, they’re people not robots. And I’d love to work in an environment like that. I felt more comfortable with people who are people instead of having to follow a ‘script’. Stay yourselves!
